Viewing Bodies : An inclined 30° prismatic Binocular eyepiece-Sidentopf type, rotatable thru 360°, interpupillary distance ranging 48-75mm, maintaining parfocality, having provision for Dioptre adjustment on both eyepieces. Anti-Fungal coated parts & Anti-Reflection coated optics. Moister proof design.
Eyepiece : Paired-focusable-wide field Achromatic & Aplanatic eyepieces with foldable eye guards, Dioptre Adjustment with graduated scale on both eyepieces. Magnification 10x F.O.V. numbers 18 or 20mm. High quality optics A.R coated, Anti-fungus treated.
Nosepiece : REVERSE ANGLE-QUADRUPLE or QUINTUPLE, made of solid brass with DOUBLE BALL BEARINGS and Ribbed Grip for smooth & Precision movement having positive click stop. PARFOCALITY and CENTRATION of all the objectives ensured thru high precision manufacturing on CNC machines & check up on Auto collimeters. Idle port fitted with dust proof plastic caps.
Objectives : INFINITY CORRECTED Anti – Reflection & Anti-Fungal coated especially designed for Fluorescence Attachment and Bright Field Microscopy. Corrected for specimens without cover slips PLAN ACHROMATIC, parfocalized & Par centered objectives of DIN standard. Spring loading provided on 20x, 40x & 100x oil. Magnification /NA: 10x/0.25, 20x/0.4, 40x/0.65x & 100x/1.25 for oil immersion. Engraved with our TM/Magnification & N.A.
Mechanical Stage : Built-in-double plate type Mechanical stage. Rectangular size 145x145mm. X & Y travel on precision ball bearing guides, offers range of 78x50mm. Low drive Co-axial movement controls. RACKLESS X axis. Hard coated surface for scratch resistence. Double specimen Holder spring loaded for exact positioning.
Substage Condenser : Abbe type, N.A. 0.9/1.25, with an Aspheric Lens, Iris Diaphragm & removable Blue day light filters. Rack & Pinion movement on stainless steel guides.
Focusing System : Co-axial coarse & fine focusing mechanism designed for highly smooth & long life functioning over the full range of coarse travel ranging 15 – 18mm. Sensitivity below 0.002mm on entire range. Safety stop provided to avoid slide damage. One rotation of fine focusing knob is 0.3mm.
Illumination : Reflected light for Fluorescence illumination with built-in LED blue light source-wavelength 455nm, provided with proper Barrier & Exciter Filters. Sub-stage illumination with 3W LED life time of 50,000 hours, with proper Heat Sink & well corrected optical system for Bright Field Microscopy. System provides an on-off switch and intensity control of light during operation. Change-over from Fluorescence to Bright Field illumination is very simple & controlled thru a knob.
Electrical : Input 180V-250V. 50Hz thru SMPS offer constant voltage output for LED.
Battery Pack : Power Pack (6V DC) with charger working on 180-250V AC/ 50-60 Hz Includes a rechargeable battery which provides minimum of two hours working of microscope in absence of power supply.
