All metal wheel of 30 cm diameter. The axle having diameter of 15 & 7.5 cm respectively giving a ratio of 1:2:4. Asteel axle passes through the centre of the wheel which is mounted on ball bearing in cast iron brackets reducing friction to minimum. The base has holes to fix the apparatus on wall.
